SW4674: Regional Sales Manager
Salary: £85,000 plus Bonus

Job Role
My client is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work in South Germany, building their presence there from scratch. The position will cover the whole DACH region and you should expect to travel extensively in your pursuit of success. The location of your base is open for discussion but must be in the region. You will have extensive experience of working in Sales Management and it is also ESSENTIAL that you have a background in Data Centres and are fluent in both English and German.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of channel partners
- Participation in trade shows etc within the geographical region
- Competitive pricing on all prospect applications, maintaining maximum profit margins and accurate record keeping of all sales activity, quote records and new business opportunities
- Building a team as business grows
Essential Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of Sales Management experience
- A Degree in a related field or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a work related skill, knowledge or field (Sales and Data Centre related essential)
- Enhanced communication skills in written, oral and visual media
- Fluent in English and German
