This is a six bed home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
Supporting and deputising for the home`s Registered Manager, the successful applicant will have had previous supervisory experience working with young people with challenging behaviour. They must have a relevant Level 3 Diploma and be willing to study for the Level 5 Diploma.
You should be happy to work a shift rota system that includes working some weekends and bank holidays and have had a full driving licence for three years.
