This position is with an ambitious start-up recruitment consultancy specialising in placing high-calibre candidates with some of the largest investment banks and asset management firms in the world. The Recruitment Resourcer will be part of an exciting team that is focused on delivering a first-class service whilst growing and making a difference across the financial services industry. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be reporting directly to the founding Director in marketing vacancies in the most appropriate way, sourcing the best candidates and producing short-lists for the client. This is an entry-level position and will suit someone who is keen to start a career in recruitment. There is the opportunity for occasional hot-desk working in London where the company has a presence. The OTE is realistic with the scope to increase this in subsequent years. Also, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to progress within the company to Recruitment Consultant or a Business Development role. For someone with the drive and energy to succeed, a director-level position is ultimately achievable. Interviews will take place in August with an October start.
