Service Collection and Delivery Driver
Monday to Friday
7PM to 4AM
£12 to £12.50 per hour

Key Purpose of the Job
To Support the nominated service team
To ensure that all vehicles are collected and delivered to customers and are fully cleaned to a high standard of presentation
To undertake any driving duties as required
To check vehicles prior to collection, record their condition and to discuss with customers any other work that may be needed
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times
Accountabilities
To undertake driving duties as required to include MOT traction and presentation
To carry out duties necessary for the collection and delivery of customer vehicles as scheduled by the service team
To ensure vehicles are kept safe, secure and undamaged at all times while in their possession
To delivery customers vehicles and gain their acceptance
To undertake driving duties as requested both on and offsite ensuring that the rules of the road are adhered to at all times
Handle all internal and external customers with courtesy and ensure the experience is delivered to all contacts
To ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with
To possess a full clean HGV driving licence
Possess a calm and even temperament
Be willing and enthusiastic in supporting the service team
To show consideration towards customer property
