Three Week Rotational Shift Pattern - 365 days per year, will be required to work bank holidays
Shift A 5am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday - 7 days off
Shift B 6am - 6pm, Friday to Sunday
Shift C 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Thursday - 3 days off
37.5 average working hours per week

JOB SUMMARY
This company have a number of positions available for Customer Service Advisor for their NEW call centre based in Alfreton, Derbyshire
Providing Fleet management solutions to a wide range of customers and the role is to provide telephone support to a diverse range of fleet clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound calls
Arrange service support
Control live vehicle events
Ensure all compliance administration is maintained
Part of the job will be to plan scheduled service bookings and communicate these to the customer and service providers
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and will have the ability to fully understand and fulfill customer needs in a busy and fast paced environment
