The Company and the Role:
This amazing Strategic Partner Manager opportunity is with a growing Company who are working across the industrial computing sector. This exciting position offers a client based partnership development opportunity based at our Clients Offices close to the South Coast.
The position is full time permanent.
The Company is an award winning and established designer and manufacturer of specialist industrialised computers for challenging environments and complex applications, with a local head office and international satellite offices.
Due to continued growth and drive by the business owner the Company is looking to add to its existing talent pool of sales professionals who have experience working within industrial computer hardware to either the Defence, Energy, Transport, Medical, Communications or Automation industry sectors.
The Company and the role demands a high level of professional sales experience gained over a stable work tenure, as an experienced Strategic Partner Manager utilising your vast IT Hardware and/or Software solutions experience.
This position calls for a candidate that has experience in creation, scoping and technical management and pre-sales activities, of new value solutions, with supplier partners and a pre-designed offering.
A proven track record in the development and sales growth through partner management development as well as experience in instigating and creating market, sector and business analysis reports to ensure priority solutions are delivered.

Key Features of the Role:
The essential criteria and experience required for this role as a Strategic Partner Manager is someone who is confident in technical conversation and working with C-Level relationships in hardware and software companies. This must be across a strong and consistent employment tenure and career development as well as proven experience in creation, scoping, technical management, pre sales activities and a proven track record development and sales growth through partner management.
You will also need strong Project Management experience.
Experience in preparation and presentation of documentation on new strategic partner solutions for management approval.
Strong cross functional experience to include sales, marketing, product management, engineering and service as well as experience in sales engagement.
You must be experienced in the industrial B2B market sector, with an industrial computing, electronics, IT / technology related background.

Knowledge and Skills:
The Strategic Partner Manager must show excellent problem solving skills, data and statistical analysis methods to resolve commercial issues.
Possess exceptional and professional customer facing skills with a commercially astute and sound understanding of business processes and common sense.
Excellent organisational skills and time management skills are essential to organise work scheduling and prioritisation.
Linked to a confident presenter to small and large audiences, who can communicate and deliver persuasive customer context value proposition to the needs of the individual customer.
You will need to be knowledgeable and a competent user of current day office automation packages such as Word processing, Spreadsheets, Project Management, PowerPoint etc.
You must be emotionally robust.
Finally, you must have a full and clean driving licence.

What`s on Offer?
A Partner Management position within the Industrial Computing, Electronics, IT or Technology solutions sector, with a basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience within all of the requirements listed above.
Uncapped earning potential for new business development.
This is an office based role.
All travel costs such as mileage and petrol, and expenses signed off by the Sales and Marketing Director.
The opportunity to work with customers not only in the UK but also internationally with the only limitations being those you place on yourself.
Company and Team relationship development during your probation period able to get to understand the company`s procedures, processes and policies as well as time to understand and interact with your internal and external support / technical professional team.
Annual Company and personal performance related bonus (typically 5%-10% of annual salary)
28 days` holiday (including public holidays), with the option to build up an additional 5 days paid holiday with tenure.
