They are currently seeking a Junior Test Analyst for their Test department. This position is full time permanent and based close to Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Key Features of the Role:
This is a truly an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and vibrant IT company. The Junior Test Analyst will be responsible for identifying and subsequently defining required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality of the software.
As this is a junior post, the successful candidate although expected to use their initiative where possible, will be coached and supported by the Test Manager and their team until they gain the experience and confidence to work autonomously.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to progress in a rapidly expanding company. Key tasks will be:
Creating manual and automated test scripts based on project requirements
Executing test scripts and recording outcomes
Identifying defects and defect reporting
Reporting test coverage and outcomes to the Test Manager and Project team
Collaborate and communicate with other project team members
Adhere to the Company’s software delivery process
Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally you will have some IT support and test experience and have some IT qualification preferably a Degree in Computer Science.
You will have good analytical skills, pay attention to the detail and possess tenacity.
You will be a great communicator and have excellent inter-personal skills and be a team player.
You should have a challenging and enquiring mind.
Yiou should have some basic programming knowledge and good Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Ideally you should have some knowledge and understanding of relational databases and possess basic SQL Query skills.
What’s on Offer?
Basis salary will be in a range of around £22-25k , depending upon your experience.
20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days, an extra day with every year of service plus bank and public holidays.

Working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, no late nights or weekends.
