Automotive Sales Administrator Needed for a Dealership in Birmingham
permanent role
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for Lunch
Pension and Death in Service Scheme Available
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provide support to the sales team by preparing all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer
Processing of relevant stock information onto the stock database
Provide general administrative support to corporate sales and a point of contact for customers and prospects
Complete taxation forms in respect of applications and refundas
Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records
Locate sold orders
process all requests for vehciles
Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries
Issuing vehicle warranties
Prepare general correspondance
Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers
Able to complete HPIs
