Events Coordinator
Monday to Friday 35 hours a week
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Events Manager in the following
Process all delegate bookings, ie confirmation letters, badges, delegate lists
Produce invoices, credit card payment and collection of cheques and cash
Answer event telephone enquiries and contact customers with more information as and when required
Maintain an event filing and information system, both manual and electronically
Assist with Events calendar
Provide any other suitable administrative support as required
Liaise and coordinate with the Membership Team for Marketing & Communication purposes
Qualifications
Word Processing and Database skills
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent organisational and office administrative skills
Self - Starter - ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Confidentiality
Excellent telephone Manner
Great attention to detail
Must have full driving License and Car
Outgoing personality
Experience in Event Management
Very strong administration skills
