An exciting opportunity has risen for a Service & Maintenance Engineer who has previous experience and knowledge of gas detection. The Service & Maintenance Engineer role would ideally suit engineers with a background in Security or Safety, i.e Fire Alarms, Burglar Alarms

Main Duties and Responsibilties
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures and fittings
Managing Budgest
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation
Creating Maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Qualifications/Experience
Engineering qualification (Electrical Bias)
17th Edition - Desirable
An ability to work well under pressure
Good verbal and written communication skills
Relevant technical knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Teamworking Skills
