Warehouse/Parts Supervisor
Hinckley
Due to successful growth we are recruiting for a Warehouse/Parts Supervisor based at our Brand New Site in Hinckley
Permanent
Shift A 5.30am - 2pm (Monday to Friday)
Shift B 10am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
Rotating Shifts
No weekends
Overtime, Annual Holidays and Pension Scheme
Main Duties and Responsibilties
Maintain the efficient day to day running of the parts department
Issue parts in good time in line with customer demand and delivery times
Administer efficient stock control
Ensure parts are stored securely in order to reduce damage and theft
Check and write off any dead stock in agreement with direct suprior
Achieve departmental budgets in conjunction with assigned KPIS
Maintian the required standard of dress and conduct at all times
Ensure all paperwork/documentation is correctly recorded
Ensure all parts are correctly located
Ensure that all customers are shown the utmost courtesy and consideration
Specifications and Requirements
Previous Fork Lift truck training is advantageous however training will be provided
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good ability to be accurate and timely with the acquirement of parts
Knowledge of stock control systems and location equipment
Computer literate
Extensive knowledge of vehicle parts
Previous parts experience essential
