Bizzy Bodyz is an established Portsmouth based commercial cleaning business. We are looking to grow our Permanent Part Time and Full Time Domestic Cleaner teams. Offering flexible hours around school runs, working alone or in a team.

Showing pride in your day to day cleaning duties and what you do
Have an eye for detail and quality when working at a client’s venue
Using a common sense approach when carrying out the daily cleaning task
Physically fit and able as this is a mobile role which will have robust physical demands
You will need to be flexible and friendly when dealing with clients and workloads
Covering the Portsmouth PO postcode area
Each candidate will be invited for a 121 interview and if successful a trial will be organised like a try before you by job trial, with paid expenses.
Knowledge and Skills:
You must have a mobile phone as time sheets are calculated electronically though your mobile device
Able to carry out tasks independently or as directed if part of a team
As a Domestic Cleaner you will have good attention to detail reliable
Ability to stand for extended periods, to reach, bend, stoop and kneel
Good reasoning and observations skills
You need to take a valid form of ID such as your Passport and National Insurance number to interview
What’s on Offer?
Domestic Cleaners are initially paid £7.50ph during probationary period (up to £9.00ph depending on job role)
Hours of employment Normally Monday to Friday 09:15 to 14:45
Part Time hours range from 16 – 20 per week, Full Time ranges up to 35 hours per week
Holiday entitlement 20 days + public and bank holidays
Statutory Pension
Continuous training to cover new cleaning methods and tools that will be used on certain job
Free parking available at the office and at client sites, if not then paid for parking costs will be reimbursed
Overtime is available at normal time hourly rate, unless working hours are classed as unsociable or weekends, when an agreed enhanced rate will be paid
Career development to Supervisory level.
This is an employed role and you will be PAYE, with all your holiday, Tax and NI taken from source.
You can use your own vehicle for work journeys and you can be a buddy to run other staff to their cleaning locations.
