HQ5241 Media Sales Executive
Location Royston, Hertfordshire
Salary £21,600 + Commission (OTE £35-£40k)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Media Sales Executive to join the team and be a part of providing forces leavers and serving personnel with up to date and accurate information on education, resettlement and recruitment in a publication. You will be required to sell display advertising in the magazine and online and build strong client relationships.
Applications from ex-military personnel (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged
Key Responsibilities;
- Selling on the leading ex-military resettlement magazine
- Experience in building strong client relationships
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain and promote advertising to improve their businesses
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Going the extra mile to meet targets and facilitate future sales
- Working from existing database but also to engage new contacts, calls, follow ups and talk time, in order to deliver personal sales targets ensuring that all calls, contacts and sales are logged and recorded accurately every day
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Canvas new business leads from media and other sources
- Working on market leading magazine

Salary;
- £21,600 + 10% commission + OTE £35-£40k
