A Centre Manager is required to join the UK’s number one provider of fluid transfer solutions, products and on site repairs. As Centre Manager you will have overall day to day management of the Regional Centre, manage the work allocation of the Centre and co-ordinate and supervise the work of the team of mobile service engineers. The Centre Manger will also control stock holdings, manage the fleet of vans and be able to drive the business forward. To be successful you will be methodical, organised and have the ability to manage a team. The successful candidate will have experience in a technical/engineering environment and have a good technical knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic hose assembly providing technical and sales support to the engineers. Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Centre and the mobile engineers
- Ensure any communication from customers is effectively handled including complaints
- Ensure the operation of the Centre and engineers complies with current UK/European legislation
- To be the Quality Management Representative to ensure Health and Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management systems are managed and maintained to ISO standards
- Provide technical and sales support to the engineers
- Effectively supervise and appraise staff, and regularly assess engineers work
- Ensure all equipment at the Centre is operational, adequately maintained and where necessary calibrated
- Mange stock control of the Centre
- Organise and hold regular staff meetings

Skills, Qualifications, and Experienced Required:
- Minimum of five years’ work experience
- Experience in a technical/engineering environment
- Technical knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic hose assembly (C&G 2340)
- Computer literate
- Minimum GCSE level education in English and Maths
