The Company and the Role:
The Company is a leading provider of telecommunications products, solutions and services based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
They are seeking a full time permanent Order Processing Co-ordinator, supporting clients and stakeholders.
This is a very important and multi-skilled role within the business, where you can contribute to the businesses national success, by helping various internal departments from Sales and Marketing to Engineering and Customer Services.
You will be helping 1000’s of UK businesses realise their digital potential, by ensuring that all orders are progressed in a pro-active and efficient manner, through to the completion.
You will be trained to become part of a high performance team, co-ordinating IT and telecommunications providers in the UK, from set up request and order documentation write up, through to installation and activation of process request.
Your role will be Admin heavy, requiring constant communication with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with about 60/70 orders and process requests via email and over the phone. You will be updating customers and responsible for prioritizing your workloads.

Key Features of the Role:
As an Order Processing Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the placement of orders on supplier portals or via manual order forms, as well as management and tracking of those orders through to completion.
You will be working with stakeholders to identify potential issues in order to manage these proactively through excellent oral and communication skills.
Ensuring all relevant fields on internal systems are updated in real time and reporting any delivery issues to the escalations team for early resolution.
Dealing with any potential customer escalations and highlighting any issues to the escalations team / line manager.
You will be liaising with suppliers and key departments to ensure that order progression remains on track, ensuring that any billing charges are accurately approved and billed accordingly.
You will be responsible for reviewing security policies and being vigilant for possible fraudulent activity.

Knowledge and Skills:
It is essential that you have either a call centre, or busy office support, or order processing background, as the skill sets are extremely transferable.
You must be able to use a customer relationship management system and have current or recent experience using database management. If you have current order processing database experience, this would also be ideal.
You must have experience communicating with internal and or external stakeholders, customers or clients via email and telephone.
You must be emotionally robust and able to manage large volumes of data handling, in a busy office-based environment (60 to 70 orders per day).
You must also be customer service focused with a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures, manage your daily workload, and be able to successfully prioritise orders.

You will be eligible for a basic salary of £17,500 per annum.
Working Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 with some flexi-time available, no late nights and no weekends, plus free parking on site.
