A world leading ground transportation provider is seeking a skilled Executive Chauffeur to provide a first-class service to its clients. To ensure the driver can provide such a service, they will provide detailed training, a full uniform, a new Mercedes company vehicle and will have access to a range of other benefits. Ideally, you would have previous chauffeuring experience, but having a clean and current licence and excellent customer service is a must. Opportunities are also available UK-wide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping vehicle immaculately presented
- Be prepared in providing accurate, factual information regarding news etc.
- Plan routes in advance and arrive early to destinations
- Be highly presentable
- Respectfully greet customers
- Providing assistance to client; such as opening doors or handling luggage
- Maintain high road-safety standards
- Drive courteously
- Provide any additional assistance at the end of the journey
- Make sure possessions have not been forgotten
- Seek to resolve any non-satisfactory issues in regards to the Client’s journey
- Be knowledgeable in Company’s office locations as well as services offered and provide informed responses to customer requests.
- Or arrange Company representative to contact the client.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Clean and current driving licence
- Highly presentable
- Excellent customer service
- Discretion
- Good time management and route planning skills
- London PCO licence (private hire licence)
Desirable:
- Previous chauffeuring experience
