HQ5410 Machine Operator
Location: Brandon, Suffolk
Salary: £31,000 + Overtime available
An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a prestigious and reputable manufacturing company which supplies the housing and construction market with a range of sustainable concrete blocks and masonry products, utilising high levels of recycled material.
The Machine Operator will be required to work Monday to Friday 6am – 5pm, however there may be times due to the nature of the role and production demands, where you may be required to work night shifts (rotating) with some weekend work; this will be by prior arrangement and with an increase in pay accordingly, details available on request.

Key responsibilities;
- Safe and efficient manufacture of high quality blocks
- Use various computer controlled equipment which are hydraulically, pneumatic and electromechanical operated
- Maintain and assist in the repair of the equipment to a safe and reliable manner
- Work within a team
- Be a team player who is willing to take on responsibility
- Good knowledge and an understanding of Health and Safety
- Attention to detail
Full training will be provided, though experience of manufacturing/machinery would be ideal
