Description :

A software services company are looking for an energetic Support Coordinator to provide front line support for its range of solutions for building services contractors. In this role, you will be the point person maintaining a key service relationship between the company and its client base. As Support Coordinator you will ensure that both the client and the internal teams are working together in a mutually beneficial way. You must be able to empathise with the client, be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to an issue and coordinate an appropriate course of action. Therefore, you are likely to be someone who thrives in being part of a high performing team and someone who enjoys networking and building long lasting working relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide software installation guidance and coordination of all enquiries
  • Hands-on engagement with service related issues
  • Transition guidance throughout the rollout phase
  • Coordination of clients’ on-line training needs
  • Support clients through any post-installation service or user-related issues
  • Keep clients informed about service status issues/incidents
  • Key contributor to internal and external customer support meetings
  • Facilitate any incident/problem management activities
  • Add value through excellent customer service
  • Champion continual service improvement

Knowledge, skills and qualifications - essential:

  • A first class communicator
  • Customer service/customer facing skills in a B2B environment
  • A passion for customer service and service improvement
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
  • Able to multi-task and is flexible and adaptable
  • Capable of dealing with continuous change
  • A people person at heart
  • Energetic and enthusiastic

Knowledge, skills and qualifications - desirable:

  • Building services experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Previous support services experience
  • Trello Project Management software experience would be good but training can be given

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter. You will be confident, proactive and able to work well under pressure whilst being polite and respectful at all times. You must be a team-player and someone who will always put the customer first. A good sense of humour combined with a strong work ethic is important in this dynamic environment.

Salary:£18,000-£23,000 (DOE)
