Course Aims:
The course aims to provide the individual with the essential underpinning knowledge and skills with an emphasis on understanding the 'why' as well as the 'how' when treating a casualty.
On completion of the course, candidates will be able to confidently demonstrate their knowledge and competence to deal with an emergency situation.

* Shock Advisory Defibrillation
* Oxygen Therapy
* Management of Medical Emergencies
* Scenario Based Practice
Target Group:
This course is for those who require Intermediate trauma and medical skills.
Requirements:
Good physical and mental health.
Training Times:
09:00hrs - 1700hrs daily.
Certification:
Delegates who successfully complete this course will be issued with an Institute of Health Care Development & Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Certificate, valid for 3 years.
