EB7725:Product Demonstrator
Location:Crick, West Midlands
Position:Permanent
Salary/Benefits:c£25,000 plus 25 Days Annual leave, Pension, Life Insurance,
Company mobile phone and laptop.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Demonstrator who holds their LGV/HGV Driving Licence and also holds a current CPC Certificate. The Product Demonstrator must ideally have experience as an engineer with at least 3 years` experience within a Mobile Service environment with an emphasis on customer service and technical support.
The Product Demonstrator must be happy to travel across the UK and have a friendly and engaging character to engage with our customers. There will be full product training available, so no prior experience of the clients industry required. The client is also happy to offer training on how to demonstrate products for the right type of person.
Applications from suitably experienced ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Demonstrating a range of cleaning and surface maintenance equipment
*Travel to various UK Locations to carry out demonstrations
*Managing and prioritising own workload
*Maintaining a strong knowledge of all products and service offerings and how they distinguish us from our competitors.
*HGV/LGV or with trailer driving
*Accurate and safe keeping of demonstration stock.
*Be customer focused and engaging to answer any customer queries
*Working alongside the Sales Representatives
Key Skills and Candidate Requirements:
*LGV/HGV Driving Licence (essential)
*CPC Training (Ongoing) (essential)
*Customer service / Customer Facing Skills
*Experience in demonstrating is desirable
*Good maths and English skills (GCSE or equivalent)
*Excellent organisational skills
*Excellent communication skills
*IT literate
*Happy to travel including overnight stays when required
*Attention to detail
*Work well within a team
