Our Client is a highly respected Independent Co-educational Boarding School located in South Cumbria. The School is a vibrant, demanding and supportive community which encourages pupils and staff to be involved in as broad a range of activities as possible. Art, Drama and Music are especially strong, and the School has a national reputation for Sport. Our Client is now seeking to recruit an experienced Painter & Decorator. The role is permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for internal and external painting & decorating work. Buildings are located across the Schools two sites; the sites include approximately 80 buildings and the portfolio of buildings includes boarding houses, sports complexes, art and craft workshops, classroom, laboratories, office and private residences.
Knowledge and Skills:
You will be a time served Painter and Decorator.
You will have a City & Guilds or NVQ Painting & Decorating qualifications.
You will have a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
You must hold a full driving licence
The salary offered is £18,776 per annum plus benefits which includes a pension.
