A Field Service Engineer is required to undertake installation, maintenance and repair of a large portfolio of mobility and care home equipment.
The Field Service Engineer will carry out fault diagnostics on equipment and devices and undertake to carry out mechanical repair and electrical component replacement as required. The successful Field Service Engineer will have previous experience in a Mechanical / Technical Engineering role and be keen to establish a long term career with this well regarded family run business.
Covering much of East Anglia, this is a hands-on role that will require the Field Service Engineer to also carry out calibration of equipment and ensure that maintenance log books are up to date.
Equipment training will be provided with the first few months in the role likely to be spent shadowing a more experienced Field Service Engineer.
Key Requirements:
*Carry out planned delivery and installation of mobility and care home devices.
*To undertake scheduled maintenance and calibration of care home and medical equipment.
*React to reported breakdowns and equipment faults, carrying out fault diagnosis and repair.
*To ensure job sheets, log books and maintenance reports are completed in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
*NVQ Level 3 - Engineering Maintenance or similar.
*Minimum 3 years` experience working with mechanical equipment.
*Full UK Driving Licence
