Job Role
Our client wishes to engage two additional HGV Vehicle Technicians to strengthen their existing team.
To undertake the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, inspection and delivery of all types of vehicles, including light and heavy commercial vehicles, cars and passenger service vehicles, to comply with legislative, Client and Company requirements.
Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Marines) may be relevant for this position.
Essential Skills

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance & repair

MOT Test Certificate

Good mechanical engineering skills for cars & light commercials

Modern vehicle diagnostics

Responsible, methodical and good attention to detail

Good team player with a can-do attitude

Polite, customer focused and the desire to do a good job

Holds current HGV 1 driving licence

Physically fit
Desirable Skills

Awareness of the legislative rules, regulations and requirements pertinent to vehicles

HGV licence (Class 1 preferred)
