Our Client is a global player in the world of international financial services. Established for over 20 years, with their head office in the UAE and additional offices in Asia and Europe, our client provides wealth management and an array of financial services products. As part of their expansion plans they are now seeking experienced Business Development Executives to work alongside Wealth Managers to join their team based in Dubai, UAE. The positions are permanent.

You will fully support a Wealth Manager normally on a one on one basis with tasks including: business development, diary management, event organising and networking.
You will generate new business leads and clientele by networking and prospecting.
You will book qualified appointments by means of telesales.
You will interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss any existing coverage.
You will attend regular business and social networking events.
You will keep our client`s database up to date with new clients and updates on client information.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate would be someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is used to dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and under pressure.
Preference will be given to applicants with English as a first language.
You will have high levels of confidence and determination.
You should have exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills able to form lasting relationships with high net worth individuals.
You should have excellent telephone skills, telesales experience preferred.
Experience in a sales support role would be useful.
You will be target driven and highly motivated.
In return, you will receive an excellent salary (OTE income around £45,000 - 60,000 +) with guaranteed income for the first 3 months and then an ongoing basic salary plus commission as well as the opportunity to progress your career, and thus your salary, with one of the most exciting offshore financial services companies in the world.
