Pennine CAMHS inpatient Education Service is an in-patient mental health care facility designed to meet the needs of teenagers with complex needs.

This role will work across Cheadle, Altrincham, Fairhaven and Pennine sites - Fixed term for 12 months. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to develop and implement new systems which can analyse and support progress across 2 newly registered schools. This person will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and will focus on leaning current processes and providing data and feedback loops which support the whole schools progress to SLT and the wider team.  You will also undertake some senior administrative duties to support the schools.  This role will be responsible for:

•           Reviewing current processes in partnership with SLT and their fitness for purpose across the school.

•           Developing and recommending management information systems which are fit for purpose, providing timely data to the school when needed.

•           Collate and analyse data from a variety of sources, producing reports and statutory returns which meet defined quality standards in terms of accuracy, format and timeliness.

•           Ensure effective and efficient maintenance of computerised databases and paper filing systems through the timely and accurate updating of associated records. 

•           Undertakes key administrative processes and ensures all associated records, transactions and arrangements comply with the company’s policies and procedures, providing an audit train by which data and information can be provided or accessed as required.

Able to liaise effectively internally and externally, responding to required communications and prioritising accordingly to ensure appropriate action is taken and all relevant individuals are informed
