The Priory Hospital – Altrincham is part of the Priory Group, Europe’s leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care together with an extensive range of clinical services. The hospital has residential facilities for 50 patients as well as day care and outpatient services.
The role:
Eating disorders are complex conditions involving a combination of many factors including psychological, physical, interpersonal, functional and social problems. As a service user’s unique circumstances and presentations vary significantly, it is essential that care is obtained from highly skilled and specialist teams. We are a principle provider to the NHS in the north of England, focusing on positive holistic outcomes through full service provision.
We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Family Therapist to work across child and Adolescent inpatient and day-care Eating Disorder Services at Altrincham Priory Hospital. A half-time post is anticipated.
The post holder would join a Psychological Therapies team that is committed to evidence based practice, supervision, and providing professional development opportunities. They will be an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team and contribute to clinical meetings and care planning.
