SW 4493: Cleaning Supervisor
Salary: £15ph
Location: Hinkley
My client is looking for a cleaning supervisor for temporary work at the new Hinkley Point Build Project. Initially just 3 weeks’ work, Monday to Friday, starting in mid-June. Up to 10 hours per day at £15ph.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The supervision of the cleaning team focussing on their performance of cleanliness and behaviour
- Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the buildings
- Reviewing work schedules
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Ensuring staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures via daily briefings
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience of managing a team
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health and Safety experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent is also desirable, but not essential
- A CSCS Blue Card or above is essential
- The ability to pass stringent security checks due to the location
