The Priory Hospital Glasgow is Scotland`s leading independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital. We have a range of services including General Adult Psychiatry, Addictions and Eating Disorders
We are looking for motivated Staff Nurses with post registration experience to work as part of our multidisciplinary team. Experience of working with Eating Disorders would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidates will be team players who are patient-centred and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility is required to work across all wards.
A good knowledge of the Mental Health Act, risk assessments and the care plan approach is required.
Hours of work will be averaged at 37.5 per week:
Shifts will be rotational across days and nights.
As an independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital we can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. We are committed to providing training opportunities for staff at all levels and actively encourage professional development. Staff are supported by means of regular clinical supervision.
