Oak Vale Gardens is based in the L13 area of Liverpool. This service accommodates and supports up to 18 adults with an acquired brain injury and complex health and social care needs. Our purpose built facility offers accommodation in easily accessed grounds with car parking facilities. Situated within easy access to local transport links and motorway networks the focus of the service provided is to meet the holistic needs of each individual aiming at maintaining and improving their quality of life.
You will be a Nurse with clinical experience including leadership skills and an ability to mentor junior staff. The role will involve caring for adults with complex physical and functional needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation for which full training will be give.
This is an excellent opportunity within a highly specialised field for the right nurses to join a busy interdisciplinary team and enjoy new challenges in a fully supported role.
