Shift (Maintenance) Technicians £36,500 plus Shift Allowance, and good Benefits Package A fantastic opportunity for Shift Maintenance Technicians to join our Asset Care Maintenance Team, based on the Nottingham Supply site.
Our Shift Technicians are responsible for:
Ensuring all items of plant and equipment, within their area of responsibility, are maintained to the appropriate standard to ensure performance is safe, reliable and in accordance with the principles of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
Continually improving performance of equipment and\or systems to support the development of the Manufacturing Facility
Contributing to the Supply function meeting its customer service, quality and cost targets
Key contacts are: Maintenance Team Leader; Maintenance Manager; Product Supply Leaders; Area Team Leaders; Manufacturing Technicians, Operators and Control Technicians Is this You?
Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities and issues and ensure a balance of time is spent on improvement as well as firefighting or day to day tasks?
Never stops challenging the status quo where it is not acceptable
Have the ability to operate and influence in a matrix management organisation
Able to ensure maintenance works planned to minimise impact on production operations and have no impact on customer service
Able to ensure time is taken for new innovative\entrepreneurial approaches to maximise opportunities
Stays up to date with new technologies and their potential application
