Showroom Assistant
Two/ Three days a week (Flexible )
Maintain Showroom and downstairs areas in a showroom condition
Relationships
Responsible to Operations Manager
Liaison with Application engineers, managers, customers and others
Maintain Tasks of Job
Maintain showroom and downstairs areas in a showroom condition. It is intended that this should be undertaken as part of a general company wide move towards 5S methodology.
Ensure equipment and systems are stored in a suitable manner , identified, easily retrievable and in a secure way that prevents damage.
Prepare equipment and systems for demos and customer loans.
Ensure returned equipment and systems are all accounted for, return to sotres.
Maintain records to track loan and demo equipment and systems.
Good inwards - receive and process goods, handle paperwok liaise with transport companies
General support of showroom and exhibition activities
Occasional collection/delivery jobs in company van
Provide support as required by the Operations manager
Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork required by the company quality and administrative processes
Any other activites required
This is a Part Time role whihc could lead to more hours and Days
