To chauffeur children to school with the nanny and take the Group Executive Vice President to and from work, business meetings, airports and other business functions such as industry and government presentations, conferences, events and dinners.

Responsibilities:
- Chauffeur the Group Executive Vice President and other executives to and from business meetings, as well as to airports and other business functions including conferences, events and dinners that may start and finish outside normal business hours and occasionally at weekends
- Confirm, schedule and plan appropriate routes to take account of traffic, parking and weather conditions and ensure punctual arrival at all appointments
- Drive legally and ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times
- Carry out a daily safety check including lights, indicators, tyre condition & pressure, check fluid levels and adjust when necessary
- Keep company cars in immaculate condition and serviced in line with the manufacturers recommendations
- Ensure that during the day, chauffeur vehicles are parked securely on site when not required
- Valet car, both interior & exterior, to a high standard
- Ensure bottled water, refreshments and daily papers are always available in the car
- Collect post and other documents and run office errands for the Group Executive Vice President’s Office as required
- Undertake annual refresher advanced/defensive driver training or as otherwise required
- Be professional and discreet and to respect the need for total confidentiality at all times
- Ensure vehicles are immediately available at the end of meetings, dinners or events so that schedules run smoothly
- Be of smart appearance and punctual at all times
Essential:
- Excellent chauffeuring skills
- Has previous executive chauffeur/driving experience gained in blue chip organisations
- Flexibility
- Proficient driving skills including advanced/defensive driver training
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Skills to carry out daily general vehicle safety checks and identify potential service requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- A comprehensive knowledge of London’s road network and not dependent on satellite navigation systems
- Holds a full, clean UK driving licence
- Military or police driving experience and/or background ideal
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 plus overtime
